Dr. Deanna Seymour
Dr. Deanna Seymour is a local, highly respected Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Nursing Practice and intensively trained Dialectical Behavior Therapist. She has extensive experience in the behavioral care of children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Seymour aims to provide high quality, affordable and accessible behavioral health care to children and adolescents in her community.
Gretchen Dettlinger
Gretchen Dettlinger is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With a profound passion for the treatment of children and adolescents, Gretchen utilizes a holistic model of care that emphasizes patient-centered approaches and the incorporation of family involvement in the healing process.
Gretchen believes that effective mental health care extends beyond traditional methods, integrating physical, emotional, and social well-being to foster comprehensive recovery and growth. Her practice is rooted in the conviction that each patient’s journey is unique, and she is committed to creating tailored treatment plans that respect and respond to individual needs.
By actively engaging families in the therapeutic process, Gretchen ensures that her patients receive a supportive and nurturing environment, both in and out of clinical settings. Her dedication to holistic, patient-centered care makes her a trusted and invaluable resource for children, adolescents, and their families navigating mental health challenges.
Deborah Holman
Deborah Holman is a native Floridian, born in St Petersburg, FL and raised in the small town of High Springs, FL. She has lived in Jacksonville, FL for the past 39 years. Deborah comes to Seymour Behavioral Health with a 40+ year history of proven exceptional administrative experience. Her career has included serving senior executives in the medical field, several non-profit agencies, and federal government agencies. She has a heart to serve and believes that kindness should be thrown around like confetti! Deborah is also a professional singer and voiceover artist. You may have heard her as the voice of Mrs. Santa Clause in the Kuhn Florist window at Christmas, or as the Funshine Care Bear at an amusement park ride in Pennsylvania. She enjoys crafting, family time and making memories with her 5 grandchildren.
